Every product in the ecosystem. There is no per-product plan — a single subscription unlocks all 3 live products, and anything we ship later is included the day it ships. Tiers differ on included balance, storage, unit rates, characters and seats.
Exactly what you pay. A $299 plan lands $299 of spendable balance each month, credited automatically. That ratio holds on yearly billing too, which is priced at ten months, so you get two months free and the balance still matches what you paid.
Between $0.050 and $0.10 for a full 50-reply conversation, depending on your tier. That is a complete live conversation, not a single message, and it is billed by the conversation rather than by the seat.
Metered work stops until you top up or the next monthly grant lands. Nothing is deleted and your account stays open — the balance gates usage, not access.
By card or in crypto. A plan paid by card renews each month or year until you cancel it. A crypto payment buys a prepaid term instead — one payment covers 30 or 365 days, nothing renews by itself, and renewing is another payment.
A card plan, yes. Cancel from your account page and renewal stops; the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can resume it until then. Cancelling does not refund the current period. A crypto term has nothing to cancel: it is prepaid and simply lapses on its end date unless you pay again.
Every plan includes an allowance, from 100 MB on Free up to 1 TB on Enterprise. If you need more, storage packs attach to any plan including Free, and they can be dropped independently of the subscription.
