Our products produce content and hold conversations at volume. That makes this policy the most important document here, and the one we enforce most literally.
The prohibitions below are the operator’s position, written to be enforceable. Confirm the wording with counsel before publishing, particularly the sections on likeness and on impersonation.
FluidGhost re-encodes files and rewrites capture metadata so that copies of one asset are technically distinct. It is intended for distributing your own content across your own accounts and for producing creative variations at volume.
It may not be used to strip provenance from someone else’s work in order to pass it off as your own, to remove watermarks or attribution you are not entitled to remove, to evade a copyright enforcement system, or to falsify evidence or any record relied on by a court, an insurer or a public authority.
FluidTalk holds conversations automatically. You are responsible for what your characters say and for complying with the disclosure rules that apply to you. Where a platform, a regulator or the law requires that automated conversation be disclosed as such, that obligation is yours and you must meet it.
Do not configure a character to deny being automated when a person directly and sincerely asks whether they are speaking to a human.
FluidCloud serves public links. Do not use it to distribute malware, content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, or material you do not have the right to distribute. We respond to valid takedown requests.
Report abuse to to be published. We investigate every report. Depending on severity we may warn, restrict a feature, suspend an account or terminate it, and we report to authorities where the law requires. Where content is illegal or involves a minor we act immediately and without notice.
